Your Hot, Hot, Hot List

Summer is hot everywhere except where we live in the San Francisco Bay Area. We do travel to very warm locations, and I've learned that light breezy cotton items wear the best- super breathable and washable. This time of year there are plenty of sales so a great opportunity to invest in your wardrobe as summer weather can extend well into fall. I've also attached where you can get these items, but other sites may carry them as well. When possible, shop and support your local retailer as I have noted below.

Here is what made my Curious List:

1. K. Jacque Sandals : A french tradition since 1933. There are so many versions of this flat sandal to choose from! The classic Gladiator Sandal below is my favorite. It has elegant leather straps and makes any outift instantly chic. I saw these in Paris and loved the simple construction.

2. Sea Ruffle Cotton Top- this navy top looks amazing with white or blue denim. It has a loose, baby-doll cut.

3. Rebecca Taylor La Vie Balloon Sleeved Dress- this subtle floral pattern combines a muted cornflower blue and gold, so pretty. It's all cotton and looks great with a wedge heel or mules. This dress is available at Carolina Boutique in Mill Valley.

4. Pointelle Cashmere Bell-Sleeve Sweater from Garnet Hill: For cool nights. The price point is right for this easy layering piece and transitions well into Fall. I have two of them!
